NutriLens provides food analysis, nutrition estimates, and meal feedback intended for general wellness. You agree not to rely on the service for diagnosis, treatment, or emergency decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the US service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have any consent required by applicable law.

3. AI outputs and disclaimer

• This app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Nutrition scores, sodium notes, glycemic observations, and other outputs are estimates and may be incorrect.
• You should consult a qualified clinician before making decisions based on symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or lab values.

4. Beta limitations

The US experience may limit features such as health-checkup-based personalization, medical-risk-style guidance, or certain paid plans while the product scope is staged for launch.

5. Payments

Paid subscriptions for the US version may be unavailable or subject to separate checkout terms when introduced. No promise is made that Korean payment flows will be available in the US experience.

6. Mandatory arbitration and class action waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you and NutriLens agree to resolve covered disputes through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association instead of court, and each party waives the right to participate in a class action.

This clause should be reviewed and finalized with US counsel before broad commercial scaling.

7. Governing law

These US Terms are intended to be governed by Delaware law, except where consumer protection law requires otherwise. This section should be finalized with US legal review.
